Vanguard Productions is hosting in-person and virtual auditions for All is Calm: The Christmas Truce of 1914 by Peter Rothstein. We are seeking strong bass, baritone, and tenor singer/actors. Auditions will be held on August 26th and 27th from 6-9pm at Calvary Presbyterian Church (935 W. Wisconsin Ave, Milwaukee WI).

Production Schedule

Rehearsals: 11/1-12/1 (Evenings, five to six days a week, Thanksgiving Day off)

Tech/Dress: 12/2-12/5
Performing: 12/6-9, 12/13-15, 12/20-22

Actors must be available for all tech, dress and performance dates.
All actors will be paid a $500 stipend for their work. 

 

Actors should prepare a 32 bar cut in the style of the show, and a one minute monologue (British dialects are preferable). Auditionees will be led in a short movement call by director Josh Pohja. Actors may be asked to read from the script.
